They are located under the outer part of each eyebrow; they are usually harmless. Symptoms: double vision, edema on one eyelid or the side of the face and pain.

Treatment: Most lacrimal gland tumors will have to be removed with surgery. Cancerous tumors may require other treatment as well, such as radiation or chemotherapy.
