Treatment: In general, it disappears on its own, there is no way to shorten the recovery time, you can use a patch on one of the eyes to help reduce the symptoms of double vision or use prism glasses. Ibuprofen can be used, for pain and good control of blood pressure and blood sugar level. If the eye muscles do not fully recover, surgery may be needed to correct them.
