Ocular complications have been described from almost all existing drugs, but there are four most common drugs:

a) Tamoxifen: that can cause surgical complications

b) Blocking alphas: intraoperative floppy iris syndrome

c) Anticholinergic: glaucoma

d) Chloroquine: retinal toxicity
